Hi, I'm Adam. I'm a freelance Design Strategist, Graphic Artist, Art Director and Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, where I specialise in teaching graphic design and contextual studies on the University's BA (Hons) Graphic Design and Foundation Diploma in Art and Design courses.
I also work as a freelance sound artist and engineer.
“We were looking for an art director who would be able to take The Fourth Group's brand to a new level through our 2018 Politics Summit. Adam was able to understand our needs and produced a great design. Feedback, revised versions, and modifications were made very quickly. We really appreciated Adam’s flexibility and efficiency. We would thoroughly recommend working with someone so open-minded and responsive. Top job!”
"We are a complex business with many challenging initiatives. Adam consistently delivered great quality, creative work while managing expectations, and somehow still keeping us true to the corporate brand he has put in place. His calmness and quiet humour has got us through many tense and tight deadlines. Adam is a joy to work with."
"Adam worked effectively to the creative brief, and also came up with innovative and creative ideas; from overall branding concepts to distilling complex information into user friendly communications products. Able to work within tight deadlines, Adam delivered an integrated package of exciting creative assets that could be applied across a portfolio of mediums to give a highly recognisable presence."
“I’ve owned and managed a very successful writing and editing business for over 25 years. So my new ‘Sew Many Friends’ project brand needed to have absolutely the right logo. I design, write, make and sell patterns for many others to enjoy. I love quilting and sewing and I love to teach both. So I wanted the new logo to capture all of that. No small task! Adam absolutely understood me, my business, my passion and my plans. And captured all of that in a logo that I’m incredibly proud of and absolutely delighted with. Highly recommended!”
